• Replace all metal or tile ridge caps using flex-point for all tile ridge caps
• Replace all roof tiles or metal roof sheets using good quality tiles or Blue Scope Steel
• Replace all valleys with Blue Scope Colorbond Steel
• Optional: install high quality sarking or building blanket (50mm or 75mm thickness)
• Replace all timber roof battens
• Fix new metal ridge caps
