He climbed up and thoroughly inspected my concrete roof, and when he found a few loose tiles, he immediately put them back in place for me completely free of charge. He also took photos while up there, using them to show and clearly explain the exact details of the problems to me.
I had been concerned about a potential water leakage, but Sal put my mind at ease. He explained that due to a very common roof design feature, heavy rain combined with strong winds can cause an occasional splash, which should not be a major concern.
What I appreciated most was his honest, comprehensive breakdown of my roof's condition. He evaluated the overall risk profile and clearly explained what needed to be fixed now versus what could wait, giving me the best timings without any sales pressure whatsoever.

He carried a very thorough inspection of my property and was able to identify the issues with my roof. Even though I know nothing about roofing, he took the time to explain everything clearly and took plenty of photos to show me exactly where the problems were. A highly skilled and methodical tradesman who cares deeply about the work he does, and is like a ‘dog with a bone’ when trying to find the solution to a problem. Our leak was really tricky. We’d had our builder back twice to try to fix it. We kept throwing money at it, but it kept coming back. Not only did Sal finally solve the problem, but he also did so for far less than we’d previously forked out. He's really great at explaining things clearly and simply so you understand what work needs to be done. Sal is a man with integrity who is smart, honest, and kind. He’s also just a great guy.
